What we offer?

Budenberg offers low cost Classic range industrial pressure gauge without compromising on quality. The Classic range of Pressure Gauges has been designed to meet the high demands of the process industry.

The Classic range gauges are available in 63mm, 100m and 150mm dial sizes with or without Solid Front.

From harsh corrosive chemical applications to general engineering uses, the classic combines a high specification with a very cost effective price. Usually supplied through stockists or directly to original equipment manufacturers and contractors for volume requirements.

The standard unit incorporates 316 stainless steel wetted parts that are housed within a liquid fillable 316 stainless steel case. Standard units are available as dual scale bar and psi but custom scales can be supplied. 316L wetted parts and cases are available as an option.

These gauges are available in three dial sizes 63mm, 100mm and 150mm with a wide range of accessories including: Syphons, Snubbers, Gauge Savers, Manifolds, Diaphragm Seals etc ensures that Budenberg can provide you with the right product to suit any individual application or requirement.

All applications where liquid or gaseous media are not highly viscous and compatible with Stainless steel material.

  • Range from vacuum up to 1700 bar or equivalent units of pressure / vacuum
  • Direct, Surface, Flush or direct with rear (back) connection mounting
  • One-piece open front case in SS316 with safety blow out plug in the top
  • 316 stainless steel polished bezel with a bayonet locking
  • 316 Stainless Steel wetted parts 
  • 1.0% FSD (CL:1) accuracy as defined in EN837-1
  • 130% x FSD standard overload pressure
  • Pressure connections 1/4″NPTM / 1/4″BSPM / 1/8″BSPM
  • White anodised Aluminium dial marked in black
  • Dual scale in bar & lb/in² are standard. Custom scales are available 
  • Black aluminium pointer
  • 304SS movement
  • Toughened safety glass window
  • The case is liquid filling. Supplied from factory or can be filled at site
  • Operating temperature -40°C to 60°C, Storage temperature -40°C to 100°C
  • Case protection IP67 as defined in EN 60 529
  • 316L wetted parts and cases are available as option 
  • Monel 400 wetted parts are available

All gauges are individually calibrated. A certificate of Conformity is supplied free of cost. Individual point by point calibration certificate and material certificate to EN10204 3.1b are supplied if ordered separately.
