The 1048 is used to simulate a transducer or measure the current flow in a transducer loop with the 24V compliance voltage powering the loop when current source mode is selected. 

In the source mode, the 1048 is used to calibrate meters, thermocouple indicators, data loggers etc. In the measure mode, the 1048 is used in measuring DC voltages and current over 3 ranges with excellent resolution and accuracy. The other features include:

  • Source / measure voltage and current
  • 3 source ranges – 0 to 22mA and 0 – 22V
  • 3 measure ranges – 0 to 70mA and 0 – 50V
  • 0.02% accuracy

The 7005 is a high accuracy calibrator incorporating source and measure capabilities primarily used for the calibration and simulation of voltage and current loops. 

An automatic power-down feature is incorporated to conserve battery life, which can easily be disabled if not required. The unit is constructed in an impact resistant ABS case and connections are made via 4 off 4mm binding terminal posts. The other features include:

  • Current – 125mA measure, 50mA Source (1μA)
  • Voltage – 25V measure, 21V source (1mV)
  • 0.01% accuracy
  • Transmitter and square root functions

A cost-effective handheld loop simulator that provides 4 to 20mA or 0 to 10V loop signals. 

The 7006 has manual and automatic step modes with audible indication that changes pitch as the output increases / decreases. The other features include:

  • 4 to 20mA or 0 to 10V ranges
  • Set points – 0, 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 100% of range
  • 0.01% accuracy
  • TxSim or RxTest Modes

A simple operation portable loop signal indicator with LCD display. Suitable for use with the 7006 Loop-Mate 1.

The 1049 is a handheld precision simulator for PT100 used for generating PT100 resistance for accurate temperature calibration in °C. Model 1050 is °F version.

High performance metal film resistors are used throughout which ensures a good temperature coefficient and long term stability. Features include:

  • -200°C to +800°C with 23 set points

The 1090 is a precision portable process calibrator that combines source and measurement functions for thermocouples, PT100s, µV, mV & mA.

As a multifunction instrument the 1090 combines accuracy and durability with simple operation, making it ideal for process plant applications. Up to 10 values can be stored in the unit’s non-volatile memory. The features includes:

The 7050 Process Calibrator measures and simulates volts, mV, mA, and ohms with the direct readout simulation of thermocouples and RTD’s in °C or °F units.

Five calibration points are instantaneously accessible through a preset percentage selector and all functions may be generated in a fully programmable ramp format. The other features include:
